HISTORY

Established in 2016, our company specifically focuses on Direct-to-Consumer initiatives.

We use digital tracking methods to monitor customer responses, allowing for performance measurements to ensure a strong return on investment. Advances in technology have made the development of target audience profiles and the tracking of customer preferences easier; you can use specialized software to group targeted customers in many ways, as well as to capture, prioritize, and analyze useful feedback. 

Initially, our work was based in China. The projects were focused on on engaging KOLs (key opinion leaders), connecting with DaiGous (individual or syndicated group of exporters), and at times soliciting the help of A-list Celebrities, we are able to effectively create brand awareness and drive sales.

Since then we have partnered and grown along side of our clients, many of which are global brands. Now we also serve clients in Europe and help develop strategies in North American markets as well. We understand that in order to reach the target audience, we must develop a robust strategy as well as leverage innovative solutions to continue to grow our clients’ marketshare. Our company is now capable of providing services to corporations that target both the Chinese and the North American Markets.

We first meet with the Brand Team to understand the information needed to launch a successful campaign, including (but not limited) to Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Cross-Border/E-Commerce Set-Up, Consumer Engagement Framework, Social Media Utilization, etc. The understanding of the Chinese market underscores all the subsequent initiatives.

Once we have a baseline for your needs and objectives, we build out a strategy that leverages various distribution channels and marketing execution tactics.
